January 22nd (Day Date/Soup)

Today Nick ended up having the day off with the snow/ice coming in. So we hit up Walmart and lunch at Pepper Jack's for lunch!! 

It is sooo yummy. 

Then we went to family video and got 5 movies for the next few wintery days ahead.

I made yummy steak soup for dinner. 

Best meal on a cold day.

January 19th (Chiefs Game)

Side note: Adelyn started getting sick yesterday with the flu like me! Poor girl hope it doesn't last as long as mine did and Ella's!

I made lots of appetizers and we watched the Chiefs Game...intently!!

And the Chiefs....WON!!!!! Wahoo!! 

I can't believe they are going to the super bowl!!

This is sooo amazing for Nick...he is such a die hard fan. Yay!

Celebrating with a few illegal fireworks!! Ha.

I called Ruth and she ran down to jump up and down with me!!

January 17th (Cinnamon Rolls)

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls today!! Wahoo!

January 16th (5th Grade Dodgeball)

 I am finally feeling better yesterday but am still tired today so I didn't want to play dodgeball. So Daddy got to play instead! Ella and I got to watch. It looked like a lot of fun. All different ways of playing.

January 12th (More Snow)

Playing in the snow...I didn't venture out today. I started to not feel well. So Nick watched the girls.

January11th (Snow/Fried Chicken Wings)

She had to go outside this morning even in her jammies!

Time to go outside with Daddy, so I can cook a yummy dinner.

January 10th

This dog cracks me up!! She must need some mommy time!

I made bang bang shrimp for dinner. 

Nick then and got Asian wings, crab Rangoon and pot stickers from Sake to go with our meal. Yummy!!

Now to wait for all the coldness to come!!

Glad to be home all together.

January 9th (Nice Day/Snow Prep)

I hit up the store today with the big ice/snow storm coming our way. 

So I got the essentials...extra toasty cheez its!!

 Beautiful day out today!!
We all met up at the EastBrooke Park like old times on this nice day out!! The kids played and played while us moms caught up!
