August 27th (Lunch with Mom)

Today I brought Panera to eat lunch with my mom at school. I went and got it early so I could spy on Ella while she was in class. She was sitting in circle time on her bench which helps her sit up better they say. Then they were taking turns petting the pet rabbit. It was so cute...she was very sweet with the bunny and loved it. Once class was over Ella came over to Grandma's room and we ate lunch together. Lots of fun. She also loved playing with all of Grandma's toys!

August 26th (Playdate at the Tompkin's new house!!)

                                    Taking a break from playing and having a cupcake I made.

We also had the girls draw names this year for Christmas. So we started early since I am a big clearance/deals shopper. Gives us lots of time to find the perfect gift! So excited and the girls loved picking the names out of the bowl.

The next few pictures of all the girls are pretty funny...couldn't get everyone  there first then no one was looking. lol Can't they be babies again and just lay their!! hahaha.

Lol...these are not the best of all these beautiful girls but they made me laugh.

We had a great time. The girls all had a blast playing...we need to get together soon.

August 25th (A Heart?)

Ella got a cute little heart at school today. They are learning about the color red this week. She loved it and is loving school!

August 22nd (Hen House Fun Day!!)

So before lunch today the girls and I headed up to Hen House to check out their FREE fun day. They got their faces painted. Adelyn wanted a rainbow cheetah and Ella got a butterfly. They got slushes, popcorn, balloon animals. and  bounced around in the bounce houses. They had a lot of fun...thanks Hen House. 

August 20th

August 19th (Jackets/Girls Night!)

This morning it was so cold that the girls had to wear jackets!! They were excited.

Side Note: Last night was back to school night at Adelyn's school. Nick and I got to learn more about her new class and loved her teacher. She is so over the top, organized, creative, experienced and happy. Can't wait for this fun year.

Tonight we had a girls night. We planned on meeting at the Winery in Olathe, but it was closed due to Winter hours, even though we all checked and it said till 8. All I want is one of those wine slushies!! I have tried twice now to go there with no luck! Frustrating.

So we hit up Prairie Fire at Coco bolos...the girls ate dinner and I had a wonderful couple of drinks.

Katrina and I drove together. We all had a blast, must plan another one soon.

August 18th (Daddy's rain day!!)

Nick and I dropped off the girls then we were off to go grocery shopping and shopping for fun things for the house. It was really nice just hanging out us too during the day! Then we picked up Ella and got lunch out, went to a cabinet store to look into a custom pantry, gordmans and last kansas sampler.

August 17th (Love new outfits!!)

Tried to get a cute shot of her right before we were running out the door, but it didn't happen.

August 16th (Dress up Day!)

Today was a lazy day around the house. I didn't sleep well without Nick home. The girls played well together. They had a fashion show. Towards the end of the day the girls weren't getting a long and I was sooo ready for Nick to get home. But that didn't happen till 11 pm!! Ready for monday.

August 15th (Grandma and Grandpa's House!!)

Well Nick went out of town today until tomorrow night. So later this afternoon we headed over to the Grandparents for some yummy appetizer dinner and a little bit of swimming. The pool was cool so it didn't last long. The food was great and then we headed home to bed.

I couldn't wait to get home and watch Insurgent for the first time!! Yay...great movie.

August 14th (Friday!!)

Look how cute Addie looks today....wearing her new outfit from Grandma Judy!

Ella may not have school today but she sure looked cute today also! Oh and she had to have a doggy purse to complete her look...lol.

Today Ella and I did stuff around the house. She played so well without Adelyn...lol. Sorry but one at a time is a breeze! Haha.

Adelyn did have a great day at school today!

August 13th (Ella's 1st day of Pre-K!!)

Ella with her backpack on ready to walk into school...a little late because Addie needed me to walk her back one more time to school. Ella was excited and loves her Sophia back pack.

It took a few minutes but I got to sneak out eventually. Then it was time for some mommy time!! Well not that much fun since I had to go to the dentist for fillings. But still it was nice to have time for me.

I picked Ella up at 11:30 from school. She was so happy to see me and had a great first day. I couldn't get a picture with Mrs. Lisa but I love her also. Ella is at Heatherstone right next door to my mom's room. Can't wait to help out up there and have lunch with my mom.
