March 31st (New School Schedule/Chocolate Stampede Cake/Eva's Present/13th Anniversary)

This is now going to be our schedule for homeschool every week. The girls put a sticker on each one each day! Then at the end of the week they can pick something fun to do at home or make a special treat. Adelyn seemed to do better with this and they are getting some learning. It takes up our morning before lunch then we can do whatever we want after lunch!
 Olathe School Learning Online.
Waiting for me to read with her.
Fun learning game now...she chose Prodigy!
Ella fun learning online! Touch screen is amazing to have on our laptop.

Gorgeous day out again!! Adelyn was into coloring today with her gel pens!! They both were outside a lot today!!
This was the baby of choice today...never put her down! Relaxing in her chair.

Finally after lunch I got to start making the Chocolate Stampede Copy Cat of Longhorns!
Nick and I love this dessert so I decided to make it....man it was A LOT of work.
Cooking on the stove, making this, melting this.
I made a homemade brownie on the stove then a homemade chocolate cake with melted chocolate.
Finished with this part. Now need to make the ganache and mousse!
Addie drawing squishmallows to draw. She did a great job. She also made a list of her favorites for her and Ella that they don't have yet!!
A couple of her drawings! Yay!
After I got the mousse made up and put in-between the brownie and cake we got it in the freezer, we headed over on the trail to Eva's house to bring her her birthday present!!
Happy 37th Birthday Eva!

Social Distancing!
Boo!!
I love our creek in our backyard trail.
Playing more!!
I made Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders and homemade Copy Cat Panera Mac n Cheese!
Wow I am exhausted. I was baking a cooking for hours!!

Here is the cake!!
It is super yummy, tastes just like it!! Very rich!!
Adelyn said best cake in the world!!
Well Nick went to bed early, not the best Anniversary this year! Next year will be better!!
Happy Covid-19 to us on our 13th...hahha.
