April 22nd (Ella Fun Day/Volleyball Dinner-Coach's)

Ella had a fun day at school today.

Her teacher put together a fun day for the other middle schools in Olathe to come with the fire department, police and emergency.

I have been busy all day, baking, making dinner for Ella & Nick tonight and flower arrangements for tonight!

Last minute decided to make mini flowers for each volleyball player, then decided to add pictures of each one!

Each girl got their pics in there's, so cute!

I got a back room at Coach's and set it up with another mom! It turned out so cute. I made it extra special because a lot of the girls aren't playing anymore and the coaches are retiring. 

An area to design their own picture frame with paint markers and stickers.

Another mom got these made.

Girls are all having fun. Unfortunately, 2 didn't end up coming.

Adelyn's turned out cute!

And they all signed on the back! So cute! Adelyn thought of that idea!

Gifts for coaches and heartfelt messages from the girls.

Thanks for a great year girls. And thanks for a great few years coaches!

We had such a great time chatting and hanging with parents and girls. 

They might not have played the best this season but they still had fun!

I am tired and can't wait to relax tomorrow! Lol.

 

April 20th (Graduation Idea)

Saw this cute idea for senior pictures!

I can't believe Addie will be a senior soon, ahhhh noooo!!

 

April 18th (Railing/Poor Man's Prime Rib)

More railing work being done. Ugh, super dangerous!

I made this piece of meat to be kind of like prime rib that we got from our 1/4 of a cow from last year. We are cooking a lot of beef right now trying to finish up the few weird roasts we got. It was a little tough but good with the gravy forsure!

 

April 17th (Soup Day)

These rolls are so yummy!

I don't buy rolls anymore because of these homemade ones. The best part is it makes a lot so I freeze some for later.

I made steak soup and chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight! yum.

Dessert homemade cookies!

Dark, white, semi sweet chocolate and m & m cookies! Yummy!

 

April 13th (Day 3-Volleyball Tournament Hale Arena)

Well Adelyn was amazing and tried to get as many points as she could, but they lost the 1st round. Ugh they should have won, bad call from Up ref! Oh well at least we get to leave around lunch time.

We headed to get lunch at The Other Place, just me and Adelyn.

I forgot to get a picture so we took a selfie when we got home!

Great job Adelyn, you are one amazing girl and volleyball player. My favorite player ever!

 

April 12th (Day 2: Volleyball Tournament-KC Convention Center Pool Play)

Day 2 Playing at KC Convention this afternoon. 

Wow this place is busy, like 50 courts in one huge room! Ugh!

I had to get Adelyn a ride and I will go downtown after I get Ella off to school.
