July 4th (Happy 4th Of July!!)

The girls didn't end up swimming...we just hung out with people and family.

We ate delicious smoked meat, lots of sides, texas sheet cake along with homemade vanilla ice cream. 

Then finally around 8 it was time to do fireworks.

Max is about done with fireworks this year.

We had a great 4th of July...we stayed at home longer than we were going to with storms all morning which made it not feel like 4th of July. I am not the biggest fireworks person...a few is fine but we had too many!! 

Excited to hit the road tomorrow for OKC!!
