December 22nd (Baking Day 2-With Grandma)

 Time to decorate cookies.
Adelyn does such a great job now the older she is.
Ella does a great job at eating them.
While they decorate I am making the annoying pretzels that I love to eat.
Nick brought home chinese for lunch! Our annual cookie baking day is also a day we always have chinese! Yum love this tradition.
Well Ella was being a little crazy so I asked Nick if he would take the girls out to run down the trail and get some energy out!!
I got to enjoy a piece of Orea Mint Fudge...super yummy!

Cinnamon Pecans.

Wow that's a lot of pretzels and oreos!!

My mom brought over spritz cookies and chocolate chip.
What a great long day baking. I sure am tired and ready to sit on my butt tonight.
Well Jeff and Sasha had their baby boy Max yesterday...so we got to go up to the hospital and see him this afternoon!
Maxwell Logan Kander...7 lbs. 7 oz. 20 inches long!! he is so adorable!! I was so exited to see this baby. I can't believe I am an aunt again...so amazing!
Well we didn't get to hold him yet so we only stayed a bit...she had a hard labor which ended in a c-section.
We decided to eat Long Horn tonight then hit up some Christmas Lights!!
Olathe Community Center Lights are really cool! The girls loved all the unique songs that they had with the lights. We weren't planning on going here but drove by and thought to pull in. So worth it.

It says.." Take an ELFIE" So we did!
It was freezing out so back into the warm car we go to go check out the Ridgeview Christmas Light Neighborhood!

My favorite huge house and it had a million lights on it! Wow! That is crazy.

What a great night of looking at lights. The kids really enjoyed it this year!!
