August 1st (Beach/Gators/Marble Stone!!)

After we ate breakfast we hung out for a bit before heading to the beach and Adelyn drew this awesome turtle!! Great job Adelyn.
We saw this little lizard on our walk to the beach.

Running from the water...she would laugh and run! So silly.

Playing in the sand...always fun.

Going out in the water together. It was so shallow.

We headed back to make lunch at the condo. The fruit is cheaper in Florida and much fresher! Yum.
Look what Nick got at the gas station!!
It looked like it was going to rain for a couple hours so we decided to hit up Fudpucker's (the gator place near bye)! You can eat there if you want but we just went after we ate lunch at the condo.

Look at all these alligators...they have a restaurant, 2 bars, and a playground for the kids. The alligators are pretty cool to look at and are all babies.
We also got a picture taken with ADELYN holding a baby alligator but the place took it with there camera so I only have a copy. It was pretty cool to touch an alligator!!
The girls then wanted to feed the alligators. You can get this food that looks like hard dog food to put on a type of fishing pole to feed the alligators.

They just loved it!

Pretty cool place to see alligators up close.
There is also an albino alligator in its own cage. Very pretty to see.
After the alligators we did a little shopping and Ella found her a mama dolphin and toy with 3 baby dolphins. She was thrilled.

Adelyn got a hot pink shell necklace...but we were on the search still for a beanie boo green turtle. We already have a purple and pink one but Adelyn wants a green one so we will be looking.
Still was kind of rainy so we hit up the outlets and I found a new pair nike tennis shoes and got the girls each a pair of shoes. Then it was back to the condo and beach!!

Took a little nap on the way back to condo.

Palm trees!

Cute beach houses everywhere.

                                                                 Our condo.
Poor Ella just couldn't get a good shot!

Trying to catch some fish.

The water was super shallow tonight at the beach. Nick could walk out super far and it still only came up to his ankles.

                                                          Love this shot!!

Happy girls...going to the beach at night is the best!

Ella running from the waves again...she cracks me up. The waves were pretty powerful when you first got in but then farther you got the easier it was. So she would have us carry her out to swim.

Covering up my feet.

We headed back to the condo around 8 to take showers and then head up to the Marble Slab Ice Cram Shop. (Same owners of Maggie Moo's which I wish we still had!)

Super yummy and a great way to end our day.

Two sleepy girls. Ready to pass out!
