February 16th (No School-Ella's 9th Birthday!)

The other sister always gets a gift, so Adelyn got the Cave girl and baby she has been wanting.

New surprise baby and it was a Panda!! yay!

We put batteries in it, it says what you say!! Ha.

We had to have the gas fire place on because it is freezing outside!! They are shutting off neighborhoods electricity for 30 minutes to 60 minutes to conserve energy!! Our thermostat is set at 75 and it is still cold in here!

I did blueberries, strawberries, whipped cream and syrup. Yum.

Lots of snow. It has snowed a little each day for the last 4 or 5 days.

Well we cancelled everyone coming over so I made fried chicken, mashed potatoes, cooked carrots for dinner instead!

They brought all these balloons from Life church.

After they left it was time to do ice cream sundaes for her birthday!!

So she blew out the candle before we sang, but then couldn't blow it out without Daddy's help the 2nd time.

I think she had a great birthday. Our electricity never got shut down and we stayed warm.

And Nick has been home with all this nasty weather. So lots of time to work on the bathroom.
