Decmeber 4th (Long Beach/Aquarium/Whale Boat Ride/Laguna Beach/San Diego!)

                       We drove down to Long Beach to go to the Aquarium and Boat Whale Watch.

                                  Long Beach is more industrial then Santa Monica.

                                                     Livingston was all over this place!

Nick had his own restuarant again...we needed a smoothie so we stopped near here to get a Jamba Juice!

                                                         Pacific Aquarium here we come.

 This was so cool...huge whale!

                                             That was one huge fish about to eat Daddy!

Jelly fish are such amazing creatures.

Petting baby sharks...bottom feeders so they don't bite.

Now it was time to grab some lunch quickly and head out to the boat for our whale sighting ride!

We ate at Gladstones..right outside and got to look out into the harbor. Perfect day out!

Each of the girls picked a turtle as a souvenir.

The food was really good...we got fried calamari, fish n chips and a child's salmon. We all shared..also there bread was really good.

This was pretty awesome watching a plane land right on the water while we were in the boat. It was super close...the girls thought it was exciting.

1st thing we spotted was a Dolphin pod...this was pretty neat.

Then the boat got really close and the Dolphhin's went under right were we could see them in front of the boat. Pretty amazing...the girls could see them up close.

  Towards the end of the whale trip we finally saw a Hump Back Whale!!

Yay...I really wanted to see an Orca since they are my favorite animal ever, but they are hard to find.

It was really neat seeing the hump back when it would come out of the water.

After our whale trip it was time to head out to San Diego with a stop in Laguna Beach a long the way.

                                                         Look at this huge house.

We found the beach.

We found the playground on the beach!! Oh yay this is amazing and not fair all at the same time.

                             This place is gorgeous!! I love the waves in this shot.

After we grabbed some pizza slices at this cute inexpensive Italian place we headed to the Christmas Celebration on main street in Laguna Beach.

It was super cute all lit up.

We found a yummy candy store to purchase some candy for the girls and Nick.

It was time to head to San Diego after we walked around the town.

Loved all the lights on the palm trees. 

We finally got to San Diego around 8 pm. We got to the Red Roof Inn..it was a little sketchy but we decided to stay since Nick was exhausted. I went ahead and cancelled for the second night since we were tired.
