So the deal was the girls didn't know we were going to California. We taped a video of Adelyn reading signs saying we were going to California. She was like what...we are going now?? Super cute! (It was super hard hiding it from her...luckily she is a little clueless at this age.!)
She even went to school all day then we left around 4:15 to head out to the legends to eat dinner beforfe our flight)
Finally after a little delay we got on the plane at 7:50 pm!!
Luckily Ella did sleep for a couple hours on me and we watched a little bit of a movie on the lap top.
It felt like a long flight....only about 3.5 hours, still better than driving. But the time change is a killer!!
So we finally get off the plane at LAX and head to a shuttle (which took forever) to get to our rental car. Around 12 we get in the car and are exhausted but see the HUGE Randy Donuts right across the street...so we pull in to get donuts for in the morning. A stop I wanted to make anyways!
We all enjoyed some donuts before bed also! The glazed were super yummy.
We made it to Beverly hills our time 1:30 our time. I reserved a super cute modern condo which it was. The bedroom only had a full size bed so Daddy chose to sleep with the girls out in the living room for tonight. Everyone is very excited and tired!! Can't wait for tomorrow...hopefully we can sleep in!
