The Hills all have houses on top of one another everywhere.
We finally made it to one...Nick was excited.
It was actually really good...fresh tasting, but they only have burgers, which Adelyn doesn't like...so fries it is for her!
We got our bellies full and off to La Jolla we go.
Another huge house on the hill while we were driving.
Cool looking tree.
Cute restaurant we drove bye.
We made it to the beach.
We got a parking spot right in front of the seals. This is actually called the Kiddie Pool of La Jolla, which was designed for the kids to have a safer area to play but the seals decided to call it their home instead. So kids really can't swim here right now. They were pretty cute to watch though.
Nick's cousin's are here with the puppy...Mario. The girls loved him.
Ella was so happy walking him.
Nick's cousins were making fun of me being in a tank top..but then everyone else was sweating. lol.
Ice cream stop then on to shopping at Roxy's for some great 70% off deals!!
Cousin Mike showing us the HUGE granite ball that you can stop but then push to start again with the water going on it.
After our shopping we headed to DUKES for some drinks on the patio with a beautiful view of the ocean.
Special strawberry daiquiri drink for the girls.
One last picture of us all together. We had so much fun getting to know Nick's cousins. It was a gorgeous day out!
We even got an invite to go to Arizona to stay with Karen...her daughter has a farm!!
Wahoo next trip Arizona!
Couple more shots before we leave to head to Anaheim...last up Disneyland!
We had a bit of a treck to Anaheim since it was Sunday and everyone was leaving the beach to head back to their homes. We got there around 6 to eat at Black Angus steak house...a chain out here. The girls were super tired and sick of being in the car. It was actually yummy..like a Long Horn.
Last we drove about 10 more minutes to get to the townhouse. The kids got ready for bed...tomorrow is going to be a BIG day California Adventure Land here we come!
