April 12th (Brown Butter Cookies/Homemade pizza dough & pizza night)

Brown butter sprinkle chocolate chip cookies!

These are SOOOOO amazing and delicious!!

Sat down this afternoon to eat a couple cookies and watch a show. 

Ella is back in school, but Adelyn is still here.

April 11th (Sourdough Starter)

Started this sourdough starter a day ago! Hope it turns out, you have to feed it for a week or so. 

 

April 10th (Bread/Homemade Cleaner Spray)

Italian loaf, kind of didn't turn out exactly. But still tasted good.

When I make the wellness shots I always have leftover peels from lemons and oranges so I made this solution. It's just vinegar and peels to make it. You have to let it sit for 2 weeks than you can use it! Can't wait to use it and hope it works.

 

April 8th (Kids Sick/Solar Eclipse)

Totally forgot it was going to be a solar eclipse. Luckily a friend and then my mom dropped by some glasses since both girls were home sick.

Ella is sick today. Almost throwing up but not a lot. Just really tired and not happy!

Adelyn stayed home Friday but went to swim on Saturday. Still felling run down and tired. Her breathing has been off also and feeling really tired.

Solar eclipses are very cool but you never know what they will do with the world. Like weird things can happen?? Lol. Well everything was fine, this time. 

 

April 7th (Philly Cheesesteaks)

We love our flat grill!

These Philly's were so so good, I mean restaurant quality for sure!!

 

April 6th (Adelyn's Swim Meet/T-ball/Fried fish with Homemade Crispy Fries)

Saturday Swim Meet for Adelyn.

I took Adelyn while Nick took Ella to T-ball!

We came home and I made fried cod and homemade crispy fries for the first time. Yummy!

April 5th (Carey's 50th Birthday-Gin & Tonic Cake/Viva Taco's & Tequila/Kingdom Bar-M80's Band)

Made Carey one of my cakes!!

It is gin and tonic stuff, it turned out so good.

We headed to The Kingdom Bar to watch the M80's, a cover band.

When we got there all the tables were taken so we headed outside to some couches. It wasn't too cold out so it was ok. Plus it was so LOUD inside and crowded!!
