June 17th (Nick's Knee-Emergency Room)

Well we celebrated father's day yesterday by just having a day at home, getting a few things done is what Nick wanted to do. We got Andy's for Nick. 

But then the next day Nick woke up up with his knee hurting so bad. He hurt it like 10 or 15 years ago on a car door. He went into work, came home around 9 am and I drove him up to the emergency room.

Ella was at summer school and Addie was at volleyball.

He also had red streaks going up and down his leg. He felt like he was sick as well. I knew it had to be an infection.

They did tests and drained his knee. 

He was complaining the whole time, being a big baby!! I had to grab us lunch as well. Ugh I am exhausted.

My mom got Ella from school and fed her lunch. 

We finally got home around 3:30. 

Then I got Nick settled, grabbed his meds from Hyvee and got Ella back from my parents. 

Ugh!! 

Hopefully things get better for Nick tomorrow because he isn't much help, plus I have to wait on him a lot!!
