June 29th (Springfield Day 2:Billy Gailey's Breakfast/Nick @ Darts/Dickerson Park Zoo/Casper's Diner/Chocolates/Train Museum/Dinner @ Airbnb/No Baked)

This morning we got up a little early to head to Billy Gailey's for breakfast.

We came here a few years ago and it is huge amounts plus it tastes really good!

This is the kids meal!!?? It's crazy. 

And I got French Toast to share, well we all shared! We could have just done the 2 kids meals...lol.

We went back to Airbnb for Nick to change, then we took him to the bar were he is playing darts at for the day. That is the reason we came this weekend!

The girls and I headed to the zoo.

It was around 10:30, and already getting hot out.

Flamingo's are so cute.

We found out later on a train ride that all the peacocks everywhere are actually wild and showed up around 1950 and never have left! Ha.

The Lemur's are so cute.

The main reason I wanted to go was to feed the Giraffe's!!!

Ella was a little scared but did good.

Peacocks are everywhere, so pretty.

We were so close to them!!

Time to go see some snakes!

I found this diner that was from 1920's!

These burgers and fries were amazing!!

We ate a yummy lunch, then headed over to check on Nick.

He kept playing, and we left to do a few more things.

A little chocolate place/not as cute as I thought, but we got to try some dark chocolate which is Adelyn's favorite.

Next up was the Train Museum!!

Ella loves trains, and its open on Saturday's for FREE!!

We saw some memorabilia and then got to tour the old train. It was so cool and interesting to see such an old train!! 

Crazy part, is there is a top part to sit in inside the train?? Say what. Wow didn't know they did that.

It was a little hotter up there.

We headed to the grocery store to pick up a few things, I decided I didn't want to eat out again.

I made my turkey, bacon, gouda, Avocado grilled cheese for dinner.

Nick ended up finishing up darts when we were getting ready to go get edible Cookie Dough for dessert! I brought him a sandwich as well.

It was ok but very very sweet!

We headed back to Airbnb and got ready for bed!

Nick didn't get 1st in the competition he came here for. But he did get 1st place in another competition! Awesome!
