August 27th (Playdate with the Washington Friends)

This was so cute of Ella waiting for her friends to get here!!

All the kids playing with each other..it was really nice seeing them get a long pretty well.

Grandma joined us in the pool. Ella liked being free from this floaty and swimming around with moommy. Adelyn was so excited that she can now touch in the shallow end. She is getting so tall!!

Today was so much fun. We had a playdate with our neighbors for about 3 hours at our house, which was great to catch up with Debbie and just let the kids have so much fun playing. I think Jillian and Adelyn would live with each other if we would let them.
After a much needed nap for Ella we headed out to Olathe...to Grandma and Grandpa's for a swim and steak dinner. The water felt really nice...and Grandma was very nice to let me swim so laps while the girls played. Then dinner was actually at 6 pm which is sooooo early for my parents. The steak was great along with the mozzarella and tomato's...Adelyn ate more steak than me...lol.
It was nice not having to cook with the girls and no Daddy. But so ready for him to come home...we miss you Daddy!

August 26th (Daddy is out of town!)

Adelyn's 3rd day of Preschool....3rd dress also!! She has her now favorite book the barbie book with 9 stories!!

Community Center Pool!

Today Adelyn had her 3rd day of school. She had lots of fun and learned a lot she says...lol. I am so happy she is having so much fun at school and loves going...I know one day that may change.

After nap today we headed up to the Community Center pool for some swimming fun. Daddy is out of town for a couple of days in Hays, KS so it is girls night for us! We then went home made breakfast for dinner and went to bed early..well the girls did!

August 25th (SILLY GIRLS!!)

                Sissy is gonna get you Ella...you better crawl faster!! I had to grab my camera fast ..I heard Addie say..."I am gonna get you" and Ella started laughing so I new it would be a good one. It was a great picture...love them and how sweet Adelyn is to Ella!

Today was a nice Sunday. Mommy and Daddy got up and made a yummy BIG breakfast, then we headed out to Walmart for grocery shopping. We headed home for Daddy to mow and for Ella to take a nap. Nick and I also watched Lincoln, which was really boring...Nick fell asleep! lol It was a nice hanging around the house Sunday.
We ended the day with Daddy leaving for out of town work, which made us sad but Daddy has to do what Daddy has to do to make money. We love you Da Da.
It was nice in our backyard so we played with our neighbors..the Giles and got pizza for dinner!! Nice evening with my 2 girls!!

August 24th (Sam's Club/Brennen's football practice/Jose's 30th Surprise Birthday Party!)

        Adelyn enjoying her huge slurpy!! lol The girls did well walking around..I got each one of them a new book. Ella's was a cute book with lots of animals and Adelyn's was a barbie book with 9 stories!! Fun times with Grandma Joy. Then we were offf to meet Daddy, Auntie Lisa at Brennen's football practice. I felt bad for him because it was soooo HOT!! He did great though.

After we got home we hung out for a couple hours before our neighbor Jose's 30th birthday party. We headed across the street to surprise him...which he had know idea. The kids played and we ate some really good sandwiches. Since it was a long day the girls went to bed early and we got to relax the rest of the night!! Fun day!

August 23rd (My cutie girls!!)

August 21st (Addie's 2nd day of Pre-school!!)

Getting ready to go to Adelyn's 2nd day of Pre-school...getting sissy up so we can go!
This is what happens in 2 minutes after I just got it all cleaned up...time for the tub fun girls!!

Today Adelyn had another great day at school. We came home ate, played and relaxed. These girls seemed more worn out with school now in our daily routine. They loved playing in the tub with warm water in bowls...and I enjoyed getting some house work done!! Happy girls = Happy Mommy!!

August 19th (Adelyn's 1st Day of Pre-School!!!!)

Adelyn 1st Day of Pre-School!!

She would like to be a Vet when she gets older...sounds good to me!

So pretty in her new dress from Grandma Jacky! Time to get Ella up and drive on over to Grace to start her day.

This is Addie and her teacher...Mrs. Mary Kay!! She likes her already.

               I was excited the teacher had something for them to do when they sat at there seat. I was a little sad when I left and my heart ached!! I knew she was ready but I still can't believe how big she is.

 This is where Adelyn's school is..in a trailer behind the big school but it is super cute inside. I was alittle nervous at first. lol After Ella and I got in the car we headed to Super Target to shop around and then to her 18 month doctor appt.

Me and my cutie waiting for the doctor to come in. She did have to get a shot poor thing but she didn't really cry. It was nice though just going to the doctor with one. It was then time to get into the car, stop by sonic for a 1/2 price slushy for all of us and to pick Adelyn up by 11.

My and my BIG preschool Girl!! She loved her first day of school and can't wait to go back.

I picked her up a little 1st day of school present from Target...a new purple dress, a new dance leotard, rainbow stickers and a new book about school!! She also loved her graped slushy.

Today was a long crazy day with my 2 girls. I think it wore all of us out with the big change now in our life. Adelyn in school!! She had so much fun though and I enjoyed the one on one time with Ella. Great day all in all! Can't wait till Wednesday.
