September 9th (Pumpkin Bread/Ella Safety Patrol/Band Parade Practice for Addie/Pizza and Thor Movie Night)

Yesterday I made pumpkin bread and muffins.

I popped up to Adelyn's school in the afternoon to watch her parade practice.

I thought I would see her closer here than at Old Settlers tomorrow!

There they are!

It's hot out!! She looks tired already. Ha.

I found Riley too.

Round 2, all the kids at school came out to watch and cheer them on.

And they walked around the parking lot like 4 times with practice and then in front of whole school. I think she is tired!!

Tonight is FRIDAY!!! Pizza and the New Thor Movie as a family!!

Yay so nice not making dinner and enjoying time as a family tonight!!

Maybe Carebears this year as a family?? Not sure if Nick will go for it!

I already know we have two adult parties to go to with two different themes! So Carebears would be for a trunk or treat or a family party! Ha! But these costumes seem easy for me to do!! ha.

 

September 8th (Walk with Erika and some Deer!!)

They are so beautiful!!

The two deer just stood there, no moving even when we walked bye!

It went across the trail when we walked past.

Trying to walk at least 3 times a week, but not enjoying this hot weather we are still having!!
 

September 7th (New Volleyball Spirit Wear/Target Day/Volleyball CT vs. PRT)

New Spirit wear for Adelyn to wear on this game day!

After I took the girls to school, I took a minute to myself to walk around Target and get a Chai Tea Latte!!

Now it feels like they are really back in school! Fun times just looking around!!

Bridget is here to watch with us and Erica!!

We are playing at PRT which is were Bridget goes so she came after her play practice!

And Erica came after her meeting.

September 4th (Family Day-Crown Center Free Exhibit/BRGR/Olathe Lake)

Today we had a family day! We needed one for sure!

We headed to crown center to see the Free Exhibit before it was gone since it was Curious George!!

I knew it was Irish Fest also so we walked outside to see the green fountains!

How fun, I have never seen them before.

Adelyn didn't want to take a picture! Ha.

Then we left and headed to Sprint Center area to eat at BRGR! Yummy!

BRGR was yummy, but expensive!!

We headed home to change Ella in her swimsuit.

Then to Olathe Lake to have Ella play in creek and then go Peddle Boating.

Well we went to do the Peddle Boat and they had put them away for the season! Um what?? Ugh frustrating!! So we did not get to do anything fun! Boo! We decided to leave.

As we were leaving we saw the military airplane show!

We headed home and everyone rested. 

Nick and I watched a show/then he took a nap! Lol.

So not the day I wanted exactly but at least we had some time together! Ha.
