June 28th (Day 4: Driving to Sandusky-Indiana Sand Dunes/Notre Dame-Lunch/Cedar Point Beach/Texas Roadhouse)

We ate breakfast at the Airbnb and then headed out around 9:30 ish.

I saw we were going to pass by the Indiana Sand Dunes. 

We stopped just to check them out. The girls opted to stay in the car. I wanted to go see and feel the lake Michigan water! And it was so so cold!!

We drove near South Bend, where Notre Dame University is. So we drove by to check it out, Then headed to lunch near there.

Lauber restaurant! This place was so good! Great local place near a University, you can't go wrong!

Back in Ohio. We were here a few years ago.

We made it to Sandusky. 

I guess to go to the beach you have to go to the Six Flags out here. Luckily we have a pass and parking is free for us. The original plan was to go to Six Flags here but we were so tired and would have gotten here later so lines would have been bad.

We checked out the beach though.\

We did the scenic route back across from the island. The restaurants were less to be desired so we opted for good ole Texas Roadhouse and it didn't disappoint yum! We ate dinner then headed back to the hotel that was an old Motel that had been converted into bigger suites with 3 beds. They looked nicer on Airbnb but needs to be a little more updated. But it was pretty clean and shower was good. Tomorrow we head to Niagara Falls!!
