January 25th (Lamar's Donuts/Redoing Nick's Closet)

I was really wanting a lamar's donuts. But you can't just buy 1, so by the time I was going to buy 4 if I bought 6 I would get 6 more free!! Ha. They were soo yummy though!! Worth the $24!

Nick rebuilding his closet to being more custom!! This wasn't in the plans but we needed to do it. Lol. That's what keeps happening, like the windows. Haha.

Hope to be getting carpet soon!!

Ready to be back in my normal bed again since it has been over a year now of sleeping on a mattress on the floor!!

 

January 24th (New MBR windows/Bathroom Glass Install/Oliver/Vaccine Crap)

About to get new windows today. Nick is putting them in since it will save us over $2,000!! 

Our bathroom shower glass got installed!! It is amazing!! Love it!!

Everything is coming together like a real bathroom!!

January 23rd (Volleyball Tournament in St. Joseph @ Missouri Western State/Chiefs Football)

Nick took Adelyn early this morning to volleyball. They left around 6 am. Ella slept in while I couldn't go back to sleep after I heard them leave at 6. We took our time eating breakfast then got on the road to meet up at the University.

They are the red team on the other side.

We watched for awhile then Nick ran to get us Mcdonald's from up the street right before they went on lunch break. Adelyn was supposed to ref after her lunch so Nick and Ella left soon after since she wasn't playing. 

Adelyn played really well. They didn't win a medal but are still getting used to playing with one another!

We left around 4 something and got back to grab some gizzards before the game started!!

I finished baking/frying everything to have an appetizer dinner for football!! 

Yay go Chiefs! They won!!

 

January 22nd (New Shoes/Water fun/Appetizer Prep)

Adelyn needed new shoes for volleyball. Found these cute ones.

It was in the 60's today so Ella got to play outside with some water and bubbles.

She loves to play with water.

Making new jalapeno balls a day early for football game tomorrow. I made a few things to be ready since we have volleyball tomorrow!

 

January 21st (Red Friday/Beef Tips and Mashed Potatoes)
