April 4th (Egg Dying!!)

                                                                  Movie Time!!
This afternoon we headed up to the Belton Movie Theater to see the new movie HOME...it was super cute. Adelyn loved it and Ella watched for a pretty long time. We all enjoyed popcorn, candy and sprite.

 After we watched the movie we came home to dye easter eggs.The girls were super excited. Sometimes I think Adelyn doesn't remember the year before very well yet...so it was all new to her again. lol.

Ella loved it.

April 3rd (Practice Egg Hunt/Anniversary Dinner!!)

8th Anniversary Dinner 

We headed down to the plaza to eat at Brio for dinner. It was super delicious and I got a super yummy frozen peach Bellini. It was nice eating slowly and enjoying each others company. Nick unfortunately  had a migraine at the beginning of our date. It slowly went away. We walked around a little and then went home to relieve Sherri and get in the hot tub. It was a late night but lots of fun...love our hot tub!!

April 2nd (Hot Tub Time!!)

 Today I got the lovely phone call from our nephew Brennen wanting to come over and get in the hot tub with his friends. Well we don't have school tomorrow on Friday or next Monday, so I said yes. He came over around 5 with his two friends and they got in even though it was a little hot still out. They loved it and had fun playing around. Then one friend left and one stayed. They ate dinner with us and Lisa came by later to eat also. They got in the hot tub once it got dark with Addie and Ella. They thought it was fun being in the dark and can't wait till we move to go swimming in the pool!! Oh and to have parties and weekend sleep overs with lots of friends...hahaha...NO!! Oh Brennen we love you so much!!

April 1st (Cuties!!)

I will say that I am loving my free three hours twice a week when Ella goes to school. She loves school also. 

March 31st (Happy 8 year Anniversary Nick!!)

Ok time to play catch up I forgot to mention, we found and bought a house Saturday March 21st. We were super excited and couldn't believe that we got such an amazing house. But then the tragedy of Bailey happened the next day while we were cleaning and prepping for our house to be put on the market the next day Monday. Which we went ahead and put it on since we were pretty much ready to go. Very hard and stressful but was a good distraction. Then a few days later on Wednesday we SOLD our house!! Wow..it was a little crazy but we were happy not to have to show it anymore. It just seemed like so much was happening at the same time. Then on Friday since Nick took off for the week we got the inspection done on the new house. Sadly Saturday was Bailey's funeral. Very hard, stressful, and exhausting week. I think God was really trying my patience this week...glad we made it through.

Today was the inspection on our house now. So we went with our friends the Washington's up to Cherry Berry on this gorgeous day. The girls were super excited! Love our friends and will miss being so close by to them!!

March 25th

This week has been really really hard. We have been upset and running like crazy. Adelyn has been going to school and Ella has but has been running around with us from place to place seeing lots of family and close friends. Each day it has been getting a little better and better, but it will never be the same without Bailey.

March 22nd (Bailey!)

Today was one of the saddest days of my life!! My niece Bailey died from drug overdose. It was the worst phone calls ever. She was only 15. Bailey was such a beautiful, smart, funny girl. I loved her sooo much. I have known her since she was 3 and have loved her since I saw her sweet smile. I wish we could go back in time and help her!! I pray she is in a better happier place. We miss her more than she will ever know!! Love you Bailey you will never be forgotten!!
