We wanted to get to Valley fair when it opened at 10 am.
We pulled in on time and with Ella's handicap sign we could park literally in front of where the line starts to get into the park!
It reminds me of World's of Fun, but even smaller.
It's there 50th Anniversary too! How fun.
Nick and Adelyn jump on the biggest roller coaster here, looks like the mamba. I went with Addie after and it was a little more intense then the mamba.
The little kid coaster, for Ella.
Nick and Addie again. We saw this one and thought it wouldn't be scary for Ella.
It wasn't scary but it was so jerky! Ugh! We were all in pain. It's like mouse trap! Ugh.
Nick and Adelyn going on this crazy one. That would be a hell no for me and Ella. We found some other rides while they went on others. Then we started to get hungry.
Somalians everywhere in MN, even at the amusement parks!
Adelyn sucking it up to ride this with Ella for us, since Nick and I can't go on spinning rides.
We also got an ICE, ice cream and a funnel birthday cake with ice cream! It was all so good!
We left late afternoon, we rode everything we wanted too with no lines!
Then Nick wanted to do one more thing, go through the tunnel we saw on the highway.
As we have driven around Minneapolis we saw HUNDREDS of ICE OUT signs!! Everywhere!!
Crazy!! These people are ballzy around here.
We had to go to the Tunnel 3 times since Nick kept missing the right highway. Lol.
Then we saw a druggy passed out on the side of the road. His pants are pulled all the way down. Luckily it was just his butt but that is horrible.
Gotta love those Democratic states! MN do better!!
We made it to the tunnel finally! Ha. It wasn't even that long. Nick loves tunnels I guess.
We headed back to the Airbnb to relax, take showers and eat some dinner.
I did another crockpot meal, buffalo chicken pasta. It was good. We got Ella to bed on time so we can get up and out of here tomorrow to get home at a decent hour.
Nick and I snuck away to grab some ice cream that we wanted to get the night before. It is supposed to be one of the best ones around. We waited in a line for 20 mins.
Wasn't that impressed actually! Luckily I just got a small.
(It is loaded with Hipsters EVERYWHERE around here, and this place had all of them in it. Ha.)
A little insta worthy pic!
It was a good, simple, fast trip to a new state to cross off our list!
