I was going to make regular sandwich bread but didn't realize I was out of regular flour. So I had bread flour so I just made regular flour.
Wow it rose sooo BIG!!
So I have dove down the rabbit hole of Homesteading! I am now obsessed with making as much homemade as possible. It is very demanding and takes a lot of time! But trying my best!! Garden will be coming in the future!
