March 12th (1st Official Day of Spring Break)

This morning we met my mom at Oak Park Mall to get a couple things and to eat lunch. Adelyn was not happy while we were getting ready to leave but once we got their she realized it wasn't that bad to go to the mall. 

Glad the day got better once we all enjoyed some lunch in the food court. Addie chose Subway, Grandma Joy, Ella and I enjoyed some yummy Japanese food. Its the best.

We headed home to hang out for a little bit then head up to the community center pool for some kid fun.

Ready to get out of the cold and into the warmth of the pool.

These girls are super excited to play with friends and swim.

We have syrup bottles now for the pool since our friend Nora had one last summer. Super fun and free after you use the syrup.

 Our friends Nora and Noah got here. These three were inseparable. Ella showed off her swimming moves. Erin, Ruth and I all got into the pool also tried to do some workouts in the water...a little difficult with all the kids in the pool.

We had a blast swimming for about 2 1/2 hours. These kids didn't even want to leave, but we had to go home and make dinner. Spring break is shaping up!! Love being able to spend time with these girls.
