She wanted to pose.
Cuties.
These palm trees are huge.
The pier with rides and food.
Really pretty hotel.
We found Nick's restaurant.
Pigeons were everywhere...we thought they might fly into our car!
First we headed out to Walmart to get a few groceries and some things we forgot. lol
Then to Sonic to get drinks.
We got back and headed out after a change to walk down to the beach.
Snapped some photos of the condo real quick..don't mind the messBunk beds for the girls...so much fun...Adelyn was super excited.
Our view from our condo..overlooks one of the three pools. Very nice patio also.
Our condo is the orange/pink condo on right.
Our walk to the beach!
Very excited Family!!
She would run from the water...she was the cutest with the beach.
Running out to her daddy to go jump in the waves together...Adelyn acted like she had been to the beach a million times...natural to her.
And I am feeling better today. My throat still was hurting but I didn't feel sick anymore.
After about 2 hours we headed right down to Jimmy's Restaurant right on the pier. We were super excited for lunch. Hungry!!
The girls got homemade cheese pizza. Nick and I got a shrimp po boy to split and the waiter suggested crab dip...which was gross. It wasn't yummy with cream cheese. The po boy was amazing!! The restaurant was super beachy looking...loved that part...the price $$$$ not so much. No more eating right on the water. lol.
She was tired already.
We didn't go out on the pier there because it would have cost us each 12 dollars...crazy!!
After beach and lunch we headed back to get in the heated pool and hot tub to relax as Addie said. After a nap for Ella and taking showers we headed out to dinner right across from the pier with everything to do.
Our view from the table we ate at.
Ella loved watching all the cars and people go bye.
About to go on the super high swing together.
Ella and I had to wait outside the pier since it cost $10 to go on it and walk around. And it was the end of the night so we just waited while they rode two rides. Adelyn said it was awesome.
Driving...love all the palm trees at night.
We heard about this place...it is a cute little place that makes their own ice cream on Galveston. They make unique combinations including doughnut ice cream sandwich!!
Nick's doughnut ice cream sandwich.
Chocolate with m and m's for addie.
Mint chocolate chip for me...but it was actually a teal color. More blue then green.
Daddy loved it!
Ella got vanilla and loved it.
All the ice cream was very good and extra creamy. Great night stop.
Loved their sign!
The place above was Moody Mansion. Looked pretty cool.
We had a great day today at the beach. Can't wait till tomorrow!!
