January 24th (Ice Cream Man/New Bathroom!)

Ice Cream man in January....what??? Well Daddy had to get them all something! lol. The girls were happy and loving this nice weather today.

Ok so I found on pinterest that if you use carpet cleaner on grout it will clean it out. And guess work it totally works!! Cheap and easy.

Are new updated 1/2 bath downstairs. We just used the light grey from our play room and then I had Nick paint the frame of the mirror white to update this little cute bath! He also spray painted fixtures instead of having the gold. It looks great honey!

January 20th (New Fish..BROWNIE!!)

Well we finally did it...we got Adelyn her fish that we had promised her since her last birthday in May! lol. But over the last month Adelyn has been having a problem sleeping through the night and going to bed by herself so I promised her the fish for sure if she started sleeping through the night...and low and behold she did! Now we have this super cute fish. 

January 17th (Kitties and date night!!)

Here is Rosie...she is just the sweetest cat! My parents have some cool cats!

Today we went and visited my family while Daddy was at work. We ate goodcents for lunch and hung out with all the cats. We stayed till about 1 and headed home to so mommy to get ready for her dinner date with Daddy!

Season's 52 at the Plaza

(Restaurant Week)

Appetizer...flat bread pesto chicken...this was awesome! Have to learn how to make this at home!!

Nick got pork tenderloin and I got filet minion!! It was soooo good!

It was warmer today so we got to walk around the plaza after our early 4 pm dinner. It is also the last night for the plaza lights...pretty cool! We also hit up a couple of stores including zoom the toy store. Got some things for the girls that were on clearance!

Where we ate! I am getting good at these selfies...lol.

It was such a nice evening and the restaurant week was a lot of fun. We will have to do it next year. Thanks Sherri for watching the girls!

January 16th (Eating with Adelyn)

Today Ella and I headed up to eat lunch with my favorite lunch date...Adelyn!! She requested her normal...pretzel with cheese from Q-trip. lol. Oh and a slushy! I love being able to go eat with her and Ella also enjoys it. We went outside with her for just a little bit on the playground since it is almost 60 degrees out....whoop whoop!! But since there are around 125 kids outside it is hard to contain Ella!
This afternoon our friends the Washington's came bye to play along with Jasmine. Fun afternoon.
And to top it off we made yummy chicken kabobs and got dairy queen since Addie has been finally sleeping good at night again! Sunday we are going to get a fish if she sleeps through the night for the next two nights! She is super excited...mommy and daddy not so much. lol

January 15th

I know you can't really tell in the picture, but I found a solution on pinterest that helps keep your cabinets looking nice!! It is canola oil and vinegar!! It works great! Just thought the picture would show better. But the one on the left is what I shined up!

January 14th (Shopping/Play dough!)

Avery and Ella...driving in Price Chopper!! Well it only lasted a few minutes before they started fighting and pushing each other. lol 

Play dough after school! Adelyn still loves play dough and Ella is now getting into it, even though she doesn't know what to really do with it!

January 11th

Cutie!

Tonight Nick, Adelyn and me put together a car puzzle. They have 500 piece puzzles at the 1 store so I got a couple, since it has been soooo cold out!! Ready for spring please!!

January 10th (US Toy!!)

Well this morning the girls and I headed out to US toy to look for some things for Ella's birthday party coming up! The girls had so much fun playing with all the extra toys they have there and finding a little something to buy. 

January 7th

Well Nick had the day off again. He has been having them off and on over winter break. But now Addie is back in school and we need to get a few things done around here. 1st up finally getting rid of the wall paper from the previous owners in the half bath. I put up before pics later on I will put up finished. I think it will take him a few days! 

Today was so nice though...Ella was super happy and played while I ran errands and worked out. No more fighting and yelling from me....ahhhhh!!

January 5th (Last day of Winter Break!)

 Today we decided to stay home and do some fun stuff for Adelyn's last day of winter break. She wanted to do shaving cream so I decided on doing it in the bathtub with water this time along with some bathtub paint! The girls loved it for about an hour!! I got some cleaning done while they played nicely with each other for the FIRST time over break!

All cleaned up and ready to dress up!! They are too cute for words!

I was a little sad that Addie had to go back to school but a little happy also. She needed to get out of the house and we needed our routine again. It has been cold and crazy busy!! I think summer break will be WAY more enjoyable! I like the sun and heat....poolside we miss u!!

January 3rd (Date Afternoon!)

I didn't take any pictures but Nick and I actually got to go see a movie today and then went to dinner at Granite City. The movie was great, Exodus..religious but very good. And Granite City was really good!! We had a little time before we needed to go back so we headed over to Toys R Us to get Adelyn/Nick another nerf gun. I also picked up Ella a birthday present I wanted to get her. Great night...till we headed home with 2 screaming kids!! Oh life sometimes can be so much fun!

January 2nd (Daddy back to work/Kitties???)

R they not adorable or what???

Making dinner and they got quiet while watching a show so I took a peek and found them laying by each other...they are too cute!! 

 Well tonight I got a phone call from my mom asking me to go to my uncle denny's, who lives about 10 minutes from us in Peculiar, to get some kitties he found outside!! What sure I will get those kitties. So I left to go get the kitties to bring back home to play with.

The first one is now named Rosie, by Adelyn. She is so sweet!

Marley is the black one and a boy named by my brother.

And of course their is our cat Oliver not liking the new kittens!!

 This cat loves the camera. I mean he would pose for me and everything...he is awesome!

Ella playing music and climbing all over the piano and guess what the cats didn't mind at all. They weren't phased by the kids or noise. 

I just have to say that these are two of the coolest cats I have ever met. They acted like we were their family. They loved the kids and didn't mind going in the car!!

After an hour I decided to run the kids out to my parents with Adelyn since Oliver wasn't a big fan of them!!

We brought them out to their other new kitty of about a month Lizzie who does not like kids at all!! She didn't like the cats either but ran and hid. But Rosie and Marley just curled up on the blanket and went to sleep like they have lived their forever. It was amazing and they are so friendly! Can't wait to see the kitties again!
