We then got to the appt alittle late since there is no where to park there. We then proceeded to wait forever...and then having waited 1 hour and 1/2 the doctor came in and felt Ella's head. He told us her suture seems closed on her forehead and that we needed to get her an x-ray downstairs. WHAT!!
Nick and I were super nervous and Adelyn was getting hungry since it was past 12...we just seemed shocked that something could be wrong with our precious baby.
We went downstairs and I got to go in the room with her to get the xray. The nurse and I had to get her to stay completly still while being strapped in...it took two times but she did great!!
They said we had to wait till tomorrow afternoon to get the results...I was nervous all through the rest of the day.
We got a quick lunch and then Daddy headed back to work for a couple hours. The girls and I then made Daddy a cookie cake for his birthday. I started in on the Spicy Avacado Chicken Enchiladas for Daddy. I was super exhausted mentally and physically, but we had a birthday to celebrate!! The food was great especially the cake.
I gave Ella extra kisses and hugs and put her to bed. Then Adelyn and I prayed for good news for Ella tomorow. Adelyn didn't understand all the way what was wrong with Ella, but before I turned out the lights she told me, "mommy I will think Ella be ok, Ella be ok all night long!!" I just wanted to start crying!! The results tomorow!!
