October 8th (Long Fun Day-Theo Day/T-ball/Lenexa Chili Comp/Playing Outside/Smore's w/Neighbors)

On Thursday Jeff asked me to watch Theo for most of the day on Saturday. 

Umm ok. Haven't seen him in forever and he is at that fun age of just over 2!

Luckily Nick ended up being home with us because I needed help for sure, it also confirmed that we like having just the 2 girls! Lol.

We picked up Theo at 9:45 am then headed to Ella's T-ball!

Nick is too cute with him.

A small part of me wishes we could have had a boy for him, but I do enjoy being a girl mom!!

Ella wearing her sweatshirt for the first time since it's a little chilly out this morning.

Adelyn was a great help at the playground that is right next to the t-ball field.

We opted to go see Nick's best friend Andy and his soon to be wife at the Lenexa Chili contest. They had a booth with family. I figured lets do something outside of the house with Theo to kill some time.

Plus we have never been and wanted to check it out.

This place is huge! Time to start walking with our spoons to taste test. We found the Police tent and they had lots of treats! Got Theo and Ella each a Krispy Kreme donut and Adelyn got a brownie.

Nick found the beer on tap booth!

Over the railroad tracks for more booths. Might have already eaten enough chili. Lol.

Ella had fun crossing over the tracks.

We made it to the end to find some food for the kids.

A huge corn dog for Theo and Ella to share along with some fries to all share.

The had live music as well so the kids were dancing.

Then we found this AMAZING lemonade stand!!

We got three to share. This stuff is soooo good!

I could drink this everyday!

Time to leave around 2 or so to get home to play with Theo.

Ella and Theo wanted to play outside on this gorgeous day today.

Theo borrowed Jakes car from across the street.

Ella went and got her car to join Theo.

They rode these for a long long time.

He is such a little cutie.

He loved the swing too.

Bubble time now!

Nick and I are exhausted trying to keep this kid entertained. Ha.

Theo finally went home around 5:30. 

We ate dinner and were tired but opted to go do smores for a bit across the street at our neighbors!

It was so nice out, actually the perfect night!

Carrie had it all set up and ready to go!

Everyone enjoying themselves.

Even the 8th and 9th grader came out of their rooms for a treat!! They hung out and caught up!

Love him, now lets go rest in bed!

I'm too old for a 2 year old! Ha.

Great long day of fun!!
