Last night around 10:40 pm our electricity went out, which kept me up all night!! Since it didn't go back on till 5:15 am!! Ugh I was worried about basement flooding, not having electricity when we woke up for 1st full day of school, me going out of town!! Ugh not good not good!

Everyone met at my house at 9:30 to hit the road to Starbucks!
I was starving and needed my Chai Latte.
We headed to Lake Burger first that Pamela suggested!

The two bedrooms upstairs were HUGE!! Only one set of friends had to share then 3 people got their own bed! We had 3 bathrooms this year!! Awesome!

Pamela and I did gifts together!
I found these amazing water proof fanny packets for the boat tomorrow that we all rented together.
The fanny packets had sunscreen lip balm, gum, and colored sunglasses in them.
We got Christmas colors! haha.
Dana also got us all "life is better at the lake" wine tumblers! Wahoo. I didn't bring one of my others! Yay.
We all chatted then got dressed to go to Back Water Jacks for dinner and music.

Sarah and I went outside to check out the sunset. Always so pretty at the lake.

Dana doing sad face because she missed the Garth Brooks concert due to her daughter having the FLU, yes the FLU not COVID! Crazy!
They played a few Garth and then some Alanis Morrisette, which IRONCICALLY our other friend April T was going to that concert tomorrow in Arkansas with other friends.
We missed her on our girls trip, first one she has ever missed!
We had a great time, but everyone in my neighborhood was exhausted from staying up all night with power being out!!So we headed back to the house.

I headed to bed early! Still hard to fall asleep but eventually I did and got a nice sleep.
