June 7th (Black Hoof Park/Sonic/VBS)

Black Hoof Park
Ella is off and playing.

Adelyn and Noah found the creek to play in.

Ella loved the water.

Ella had a new watering can from Ruth.
We have never been to here before...lots of fun outdoor activities for the kids.

These two were in their own little world at the park together. They play so well together.

GO Ella.
We first had lots of toddlers in the creek, then we had a elementary day camp with about 40-60 kids came and played! Lots of kids.

Shorter playground for younger kids...Ella loved it.

Oh geez Ella...luckily it was the lower playground and she didn't fall.
Finally the toddlers left and the day camp!
Yes...we got the whole park to ourselves for the most part.

Ella sharing with a little red head girl named Abby..she was adorable.

Making a damn to try to stop the water from overflowing!

These are the activities I love for my kids to experience!! Outdoor activities are the best!

After the park Ruth was suppose to meet us but she got caught up with her Dad and helping him with PT stuff. So Noah got to join us at the Olathe Library.
We got lots of books, a few movies and signed up for summer reading program.
Ruth was still busy so on to the next stop...Sonic!!

99 cent Mozzarella stick day at sonic...and since it was after 2 we got 1/2 price drinks.
I got a much needed coke after the long day of being outside in the heat with three little munchkins!

Nick got to join me tonight for Ella's 2nd swim lesson!

 She is just so happy.

Time to race on the boards across the pool.

Well swim lessons didn't go as well as the last time. A lot of directions going on that were hard for Ella to follow. She is suppose to have a helper but I didn't call to make sure so they didn't give her one. So during swim lessons I walked over to ask the head person to see if she can get one for the next 6 lessons. So we shall see.
We headed home to go to the signing paper party at the Lyon's house.
Long story but they want a certain fence and our HOA has to have approval so they had a notary available to sign paperwork...so we headed down to get ours signed.
Then I got Ella in the bath and to bed.
Picture Lizzie sent me of the group Adelyn was in.
Ryan, Daphne, Holly, Addie and Hunter....all RP kids.
They picked the color pink to wear so the boys had pink bow ties! lol
Adelyn got home from the last VBS!! She had so much fun. She caught a t-shirt that they threw out at the end...awesome!!
What a great VBS at Legacy Church again.
Now time to relax after this super long week...oh wait we still have Friday! Ha!!
