Happy Cinco De Mayo!! Today I made some yummy homemade salsa and we got some yummy Jose Pepper Cheese dip.  I also tried a new recipe off of pinterest White Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas. They were good but needed some seasoning!! Great night with my family!!
