January 15th (Pretty Morning/Chemtrails/Healthy Treats)

Pretty outside this morning.

Chemtrails out everyday now! Really bad today!! Ugh!

Healthy snack with dates, peanut butter, peanuts, melted chocolate and sea salt. 

These were good, plus I made Date granola balls. 

 

January 13th (Chicken Noodle Soup)

Well I made Chicken Noodle Soup last night but it was a fail, I put too many frozen noodles in it and it got to thick.

So I had leftover chicken from whole chicken so I made some real Chicken Noodle Soup this morning. Ella hasn't been feeling well either so I sent it to school for her. Plus I got to eat it for lunch this morning! It turned out soooo good! Yum!

 

January 12th (Homemade Lunch)

Nick and I haven't been feeling the best over the last week. But doing better today. 

I had to make Ella some lunch to bring up to school. 

I had chicken in the fridge, homemade chicken tenders and homemade fries with homemade ranch! Yes please! And then she didn't even eat it...ugh!!

I did enjoy it though along with the Sex in the City newer one from HBO. We haven't had HBO long so I got to watch it finally. It is so good, love sex and the city!!

January 4th (Bowling)

Today we got out of the house before break is over. 

Ella was saying how she wanted to bowl the other day, so Nick, Ella and I went.

And luck us its' 1/2 off on Sundays before noon.

We all had such a great time.

Ella loved it!!

Chiefs game tonight, but does anyone even care?! 

 

January 1st (Trying the Snacks)

Mini buttery croissants, puffy chip like. 

Weird, they were sweet! 

Popcorn, smoothies and snacks for lunch today!

I am tired and that's all I got for today!!

Luckily I planned Chicken Tetrazzini for dinner that is already frozen in the freezer! Score. Thanks for planning ahead Stacy! Ha.

The swedish candy is really yummy!

 

December 31st (Happy New Year's Eve-World Market Snacks/New Year's Eve Dinner-Crab Legs & Steak/Games/Chocolate Fondue/NYC Countdown)

Stuff we got from World Market from other countries. (We opted to try this tomorrow.)

Nick had to go in to work for a little bit this morning. Time for dinner!!

I think we made enough.

Yum! This food is amazing!!

Time to play some games as a family, well at least a couple.

Watching NKOTB, nice!!

Go Fish anyone!

Trying to take a family picture and Ella wasn't having it! She was ready for bed! She went to bed around 9 pm.

Nick's Stranger Things Puzzle he bought at Target the other day.

December 30th (Library Day w/Friends/Keeping Up w the Kardashians)

We hit up Chick fila for lunch with Micha (teacher) and Maisy and Mrs. Amanda (para). Ella didn't eat much. Then we headed to the library to check out some books. We didn't stay too long, Ella was ready to go.

Mrs. Micah is so sweet!

Oliver snuggling with me tonight while I watched Keeping up with the Kardashian's. I started this series again. I used to watch a long time ago but stopped after so many years. Well I decided to watch it again just to see how much they had changed! I am sucked in now!!

(Unfortunately Peacock stopped airing it because of time frame rights, so its gone now. I only got the first 2 seasons in! Darn)

 

December 27th (Family Day Out-Andretti's/Freddy's Lunch/World Market & Target)

Today we needed to get out of the house and do something fun.

I thought we should try out that new Andretti's go kart place. Well I wanted to get there right at 10 am, but it was 11 and unfortunately everyone had the same idea as us!! It was a huge line and we weren't going to wait in it. So we opted to go play arcade games, they have a huge one. Then we will just have to come back another time.

They have some really cool games that I have never seen before.

We had a fun time.

We got hungry so we headed to Freddy's, we had some gift cards.

Food was yummy.

Next up World Market, I haven't been here in forever and wanted to look at the furniture plus look at food from other countries.

Everyone had a fun time looking at the different foods from countries. Adelyn really liked the store. We found some foods, treats and drinks to try out over break.

Target was our last stop to grab a couple things in grocery area and look at Christmas. Plus Adelyn got some books with her gift cards!

We had a great day together, love making memories together.

 

December 26th (Taking down Christmas/Ella Playing/Pink Skies/Stranger Things)

Ella's favorite new toy we gave her. She love love loves it!!

I got the majority of the Christmas put away today. Haven't cleaned though. After dinner, Stranger things night!! Let's Go!!
