September 11th (Searching for a Vanity/1/2 Bath Sink/Big Box/Appetizer's For Chiefs Game)

So this morning Nick and I ran around all over Kansas City trying to find the right size vanity and faucet. So we finally went to Belton and found the vanity!

Our sink was dripping from the pipe and then the sink was actually cracked also!

We got home and Nick started working on the sink, while I started on appetizers for tonight!

Ella got to play in the box.

Pierce and her played in it for awhile!

Chiefs game started at 3:15 so I planned to have apps ready around 1/2 time, which a little after. We took so long running around it was hard to get everything done, but I did it other than homemade pretzels! 

Yummy!! 

We love appetizer night around here!!

 

September 10th (Old Settler's Parade/Luau Party @ My Cousin's Keri's House)

I took Addie up to CT to ride on the bus at 8:15 am. Glad they did this so we didn't have to get her to the parade spot with all the craziness!!

My mom met us at our house to ride with us to Old Settler's. 

We got there a little before 9:30 to find a spot on the parade route!

The parade was really fun so we stayed longer to watch!

After this we had to head back to go back to CT to pick up Adelyn! As we were walking out I saw Chisolm and grab a picture of Ava.

We got McDonald's for lunch, which was a robot and then a person had to take over! Oh geez! ha.

We headed home to eat lunch and hang out.

Then Nick and I ran bye my cousin's house to go to her Luau Party!

Nick, Me, Stephen, My mom and Aunt Maggie.

We stayed for about an hour then headed home to make dinner!

It was nice seeing some family, but it was actually pretty cold out and rainy. So glad to go home and put on some sweatpants. It's been a long day with Old Settler's Parade!
