January 9th (School!!/Lots of Snow/V-ball Practice/Floor Choices)

Took a picture of Ella leaving for school since they are finally going back since Winter Break! ugh, finally.

Look at all that snow. We had a blizzard with like 12 inches of snow.

We had v-ball at the legends so I went over to NFM to look at their flooring since I was going to be out here anyways. And I found so many options. I think I like the engineered hardwoods because of the wider planks. Nick will have to come back with me to decide which one forsure.

I like this one a lot.

I know they all look the same, ha.

We will see if we go to school or not tomorrow! Cold weather moving in.

 

January 7th (Looking For Floors-No School-Snow Day)

More natural hickory.

No School today. And we didn't want to take Ella out in the snow, and she didn't really want to either. So she stayed home with Adelyn. Nick and I ran around in the truck to look for more flooring. It's hard to make a decision. Love looking for house stuff, its fun, but so many options.

 

January 5th (Snow/Homemade Pretzels/Looking For Floors)

Snow day! 

Made my favorite pretzels with cheese sauce.

Nick and I ran around to look at flooring today!

We like the natural hickory, but I really want wider planks. Still looking.

More snow, I mean a lot of snow!

Nick left his loader here to move snow around and do our driveway. There he goes helping out some neighbors!

 

January 4th (Bundt Pan)

I used my new Bundt pan from my mom, chocolate! It was so delicious. Can't wait to make more, I can't believe I haven't ever had one of these pans before.

 

January 2nd (Movie Day w/Grandma-Moana 2)

We had to get out of the house today. So Grandma came with us to the movies. Moana 2! yay.

We had a great time. It was a super cute movie, still like the first the best but it was good!
 

December 31st (New Years Eve-Our Tradition with the Girls eating Crab Legs)

We broke out the karaoke machine for Ella. 

She was breaking it down and really enjoying it!

Running around finishing cleaning today, because I like to go into the New Year with a clean house. Prepping for dinner always seems simple but then its not! Ha.

Crab legs!

Crab legs, steak, twice baked potatoes and veggies.

But the best part is always chocolate fondue!

Playing games before Ella went to bed.

Loving my pretty ring, it just sparkles so much!

Drinking some sparkling pear juice!

December 30th (Meet up w/ Simmon's Girls @ Culver's/Target/Descendants New Movie)

We met up with the Simmon's girls for lunch. We are always so busy on different schedules. Miss when they were little sometimes!

Lunch was delicious!! They even got custard as a treat.

And then Erica and I surprised each other with new rings!! No just kidding our husbands surprised us each. Erica's ring is gorgeous.

I tried to get Erica to come with us to Target but she needed to grocery shop without us. Boo.

So we hit up Target.

Sisters holding hands, sometimes they can be so sweet together.

Ella bought the "Red" doll from Descendants, so we had to watch the movie!

It's not the same as the OG's but I am starting to like it more.

 

December 29th (1st Tournament in a 17's division-Snack Mom/Winners)

I did a snack box instead of individual snack bags. The girls ended up loving it and ate on it all day.

1st tournament together as a new team! 

Nice block.

Nice job girls. Lets keep this going. Playing well but still had some hiccups.

We WON!!! Oh my gosh we did it!! 

1st Place Baby!!!

We are the winners!! (Poor Kaitlyn went up to hit the ball and felt a pop in her knee! Ugh she is so good, hope she ends up being ok)
