January 25th (FUN SATURDAY WITH MY GIRLS!!)

The cutest story with these jammie pictures. This morning we headed down to turn on some cartoons and Ella drank her milk. Once she was done she crawled over to Adelyn on the couch and started hugging, cuddling and kissing on her. It was the sweetest thing. Then she just wanted to sit right next to her. I had to run to grab the camera. Too adorable for words my little Ella Boo Boo..she is such a sweet little girl.

Today we had a fun girls day since Daddy had to work ALL day! So we started out hanging around the house watching t.v. Then we got ready and headed out to do grocery shopping at Walmart, then grabbed some Burger King for lunch at home. We then put on our swimsuits to head up to the community center pool It has been awhile since we have gone and last time Ella wasn't walking yet.
The girls and I had so much fun. Ella just loved the water. A little unsure of it when walking around but  loved it! Adelyn did the slide a couple of times and then met a friend who played barbies with her. I wanted to wear Ella out so she would take a late nap. It worked!!! Then we grilled out some steak for dinner! Great day..just wish Daddy would have been there!

January 24th (JILLIAN!!)

Today we invited just Jillian over to play with Addie. Normally we all get together, but we thought the girls would just enjoy having some BIG girl time. Well they certainly did!! Jillian came over around 9:30 and stayed till 4:00! They just played and played. Ate lunch and watched a movie. I love how close Jillian lives and how great Adelyn and her get a long. I also love their whole family! Oh and I love our neighborhood just in general...still wish it was in KS but you have to take what you can get!
(Also Debbie texted me after Jillian got home and she told her "that she had the most awesomest time ever!!) She is so sweet! Adelyn did also.

Side Note: Ella wouldn't take a nap. I think she wanted to see the big girls more. She also had her OT and PT visit today. They said she is doing great. We are now working on walking up stairs, stepping over things and trying to get her to push herself on her ride on car!

January 23rd (Girl's)

Today was a fun day with my girls. Everyone was super happy today and played well together!

January 22nd (Memory!!)

               Had to get this picture of Ella who climbed into her bucket of cars...can't be comfortable.

Today Adelyn discovered the "Memory" games again. We played the Sesame Street one early A LOT and then Daddy got home and I told her we had Dora. Well we played that one many times also. She loves it and will even play by herself. What is funny is that she used to play this all the time....I guess her Memory isn't as good as we though. Hahahaha.

January 21st (Playdate with the Tompkin's Girls)

The BIG girls were pretty creative...going under each other's bodies on the slide car. They all had so much fun running around, especially the little ones.

Today we had a lot of fun meeting up with the Tompkin's + 1 (Taylor) at the mall. We never get together it seems when we are both home, but this cold weather is keeping me home. I hate when it is cold. Summer time I will be everywhere, but as soon it is cold it means jackets and more work. haha. Well the kids had fun playing, then we went to walk around. Amy scored some Narajajha stuff...know idea how to spell..haha. Then I scored two dresses for Adelyn $5 each at Crazy 8. A store I am just now discovering...and I love it! I took something back to JcPenny. We went to the bookstore to check out clearance deals. The girls and I said our goodbyes and headed home for lunch. Great time..can't wait for a mom's night now!

January 20th (COLOR!!)

                Ella used to do so well with markers...back to crayons we go..lol.

We got out our Valentines decorations today and found the Valentines we bought for Adelyn to use for school. We have extra so she made one for me, Daddy, Ella and herself. lol. Adelyn is doing so much better at writing her name and is wanting to write our names now. Great job Addie. Ella also is having fun coloring...always wants to do it!

January 19th (60 degrees...say what??)

Today we had a busy fun Sunday. We ran to 3 stores this morning...Walmart, Sam's, and Hyvee!! Then we got home to put Ella down for a much needed nap. Adelyn watched a movie and I got to relax! It was so nice out today that once Ella woke up from nap we headed up to the playground to play for a little bit. The girls loved it. Then we came home to grill out chicken wings, potatoes and onions and salad. Nana, Nick's mom, stopped by on her way home from Arkansas. She joined us for dinner which was nice to have her. Bath time, books and bed for the tired little girls! Great Sunday with the family!
