October 27th (Fun Filled Halloween Activity Day!!)

Adelyn enjoyed playing lots of fun little games.

 Today we met the Tompkins family in Olathe at the Dental office Halloween we went to last year. This time it was on the weekend so the dad's got to come also. The girls had fun playing games, getting cookies, face painting, getting tattos, getting hot chocolate and dancing. It was alot of fun, then we headed over to my parents for lunch...hot dogs!! Great morning.

 Our playroom has a couch now!! lol I am reorganizing and Nick is going to be building shelves and we will eventually get a tv for down here.

We made dinner tonight and then Adelyn and I headed up to Trunk or Treat at the park up the street from us. I didn't know if we were going to go for sure since it was pretty cold, so Daddy and Ella stayed home. Well she got lots and lots of candy from our local businesses and some Free stuff as well. She had fun, and we had a great long fun filled day!!

October 26th (Family Picture)

Adelyn today drew a picture of our family again. She just keeps getting better and better. She loved to draw I love the long legs!! Excited for the fall festivities this coming weekend!!

October 24th (Pumpkin Patch with Grandma Joy)

Today was such a fun day!! We headed out to the pumpkin patch around 1 pm with Grandma Joy. She took a 1/2 day just for us....shhh don't tell!! lol Well us girls had such a fun time even though it started out a little rocky. Adelyn was very tired and Ella was hungry, but finally ate. Adelyn enjoyed all the activities this year. We then finished the 80 degree day at Cherry Berry in Gardner, which was super yummy!! We headed home and met up with Daddy shortly after to grill out. I also had to get a shot of all our cute little toes...I even painted Ella's oranges!!

October 21st

 Today I got some cute pictures of the girls in their Halloween clothes. Ella is wearing Adelyn's old Little Monster shirt.

 This is why I love having 2 now...Adelyn can entertain Ella and she loves her!

Today was a fun day. We made yummy popcorn and watched the new Madagascar as a family. Nick and Addie also got the ice cream man.

October 20th

 Adelyn's new BIG stick she found!!

Lastnight was a long night for mommy. Ella is now running a fever and doesn't feel good. So we made sure she stayed inside today. Addie is feeling a little better so she played outside while daddy cleaned up the yard. I also made my yummy potatoe soup...and we put it in a bread bowl!! Hope my girls start to feel better soon...we had to miss the Sprint Fall Fest and I had to miss Jenni's bachelorette party.

October 19th (Halloween Party @ the Simmon's House)

Today we had fun going out to Olathe for a Halloween Party at Erica's House. The girls had so much fun playing, eating and talking with one another. We had little bo peep, wedding girl, popstar, ladybug, lamb and an angel today...they are all just too cute!! Can't wait for more fall festivities one of my favorite times a year.

We then got home but Addie wouldn't take a nap and Ella just took a 30 minute one. Ahhh!! Mommy needed a break but that is just how days go sometimes. I think they might be getting a cold or allergies though. Took Addie to the doctor the day before but she said it was probably a start of a sinus infection, we shall see.

After the girls were in bed Nick and I got to spend some time together watching the new Snow White movie with Kristin Stewart...we were interupted about 3 times from Ella...I think it might be a long night!
