February 26th (Baby Emerson Simmons)

February 20th (Playground Day)

Today we had lots of fun playing outside and at the playground. Adelyn is a total outside baby...we can't wait for spring!!

February 19th (Night Out with Friends)

Nick's good friend Andy. We went out to meet up with Nick's friend Andy..who was in town from Texas. We also picked Hollie up from her parents to come out and enjoy her birthday!!

February 17th (Smoothies, Car Washing, & Nice Weather)

Today was an awesome day in February. It got in the 70's...we couldn't believe it. Great day!!

February 15th

Adelyn's new jammies from Grandma and Grandpa. She looked adorable.

I just love how she loves to use her imagination and play now...it reminds me of when I was little.

It was so nice today that we got to be out on the screened in porch.

February 14th (Forgot we went on a walk too!!)

It may look cold but it was around 50 degrees out...and we had to get out and enjoy this nice weather.

We went for a long walk around the neighborhood and saw geese and ducks!! Great fun day.

February 14th (Happy Valentine's Day)

February 12th ( Mommy (Stacy's) Birthday)

We ate Lobster and steak for dinner...it was super yummy, even Addie liked it!!

Adelyn did great at helping me blow out my candles. She will be ready this year for her birthday!! Today was a great day...we ran around looked at stores and got Addie a new potty book. Great Birthday!!

Had to make a quick trip to the ER after dinner since Addie hurt her arm...we thought she could have sprained her wrist but she just dislocated her elbow!! It happened when she was playing under the table while holding onto my hands right before dinner. She kept crying continuously so we knew something was wrong. But she wanted to eat and ate more than I have ever seen her eat of her mac an cheese. She is one tough cookie. So when we got to the hospital she got right in and they said she pulled her elbow out of socket which is very easily done. She cried for a sec when they put it back into place, but less than 5 mins later she was back to normal. They also gave her a teddy bear and popsicle. Crazy night!
Presents from Addie and Daddy...Daddy had great idea to take my digital keychain and digital photo frame that I already had and finally put pictures on it. It was super sweet and I loved having the pictures on them finally!! Thanks honey.

February 7th (KU/MU Game)

Tonight was such a fun night...Grandma and Grandpa watched Addie. So Daddy and I could go to the KU/MU game and out to dinner. The game was super awesome!! 103 to 86...what a great game to be at!! Nick just loved his birthday present.

February 6th (TuTu Pajamas)

Tonight we watched the Super Bowl at home. Adelyn entertained us through the whole Black Eyed Pea performance...she was super cute. (Video to come!!) Grandma got to be the Princess tonight!! LOL

February 1st (SNOW BLIZZARD ANYONE!!)

This is what happens to Adelyn's room when she plays by herself for awhile while I relax in my bedroom and Daddy takes a shower!! Luckily she is a great helper when it comes to cleaning up!!

Addie loves stickers especially putting them on mommy!! LOL

Today we got snowed in...it seemed like a LONG day!! Adelyn was not in a great mood at all and only took an hour nap!! I like snow sometimes but I think I am done with it for the rest of the year. I am glad the end of the day ended while with Addie so she got to enjoy her very own ice cream she picked out!! Love how she is getting sooo BIG!!
